This level of assistance is for the person that has done most all of the planning, design, and vendor selections three months or more in advance. And just needs a little help to finalize details and pull it all together . We use the information that you provide us to make sure your event goes exactly as you’ve planned. When the count down begins and the pressure kicks in, we will take over as the main contact. We will touch base with all of your vendors and venue contacts and make all final arrangements on your behalf.
